Flight Schedule: 

Ø  March 13: Gulf Air flight GF251 departs Dhaka at 8:05 AM and arrives in Bahrain at 11:30 AM.

Ø   Then, Gulf Air flight GF183 departs Bahrain at 12:30 PM and arrives in Jeddah at 3:05 PM.

Ø  March 27: Gulf Air flight GF172 departs Jeddah at 1:30 PM and arrives in Bahrain at 3:40 PM.

Ø  Then, Gulf Air flight GF250 departs Bahrain at 10:50 PM and arrives in Dhaka the following day at 7:05 AM.

Day 01 (13 MAR): Dhaka – Madinah

v  Depart from Dhaka to Jeddah. Transfer from Jeddah Airport to Madinah Hotel. Check-in at the hotel and focus on your regular prayers and Ibadah.

 

Day 02 (14 MAR): Madinah

v  Focus on your regular prayers and Ibadah.

 

Day 03 (15 MAR): Madinah Ziyarah

v  Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims,

v  Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah,

v  Masjid-e-Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) prayed the first Juma,

v  Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud,

v  Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies and suffering fewer casualties. After the ziyarah, focus on your regular prayers and Ibadah.

v  Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj,

v  Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque,

v  Jamarat - Which is an essential site for the pilgrims of the Hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S),

v  Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - the place where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stood and delivered the Last Sermon,

v  Muzdalifa - it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and It is an essential part of the Hajj,

v  The package itinerary can be changed, which will be informed to travelers before travel.

v  All services depend on availability at the time of booking, and the package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.

v  The package price will change if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services.

v  If breakfast is not included in the package, and the hotel requires mandatory breakfast while booking, the breakfast charge will be added to the package price.

v  Any changes can occur without prior notice.

v  No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.

v  There are no differences between Standard, Superior, and Premium packages except only hotels.

v  nariatravels.com reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any tour package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.

v  A 5% discount is given on all published packages, but no discount will be given to the EMI beneficiaries (Maximum for 6 months).

Vehicle Status:

v  All transportation for Jeddah/Makkah/Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or Van.

v  Private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.

v  A maximum of 2 luggage is allowed per person.

v  The vehicle waiting period for private transportations is 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.

v  All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.

v  nariatravels.com is not responsible if the vehicle delays due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

Hotel Policies:

v  As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard, "Check-In" time is 04:00 PM, and the "Check-Out" time is 12:00 PM. nariatravels.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.

v  Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide available rooms as per booking, and guests must communicate with the hotel reception for any special requests to change rooms.

v  nariatravels.com is not responsible if unable to change the room, if refused by the hotel.

v  The star rating of the hotels mentioned in various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings.

v  In most hotels called 3 Star, there is no WiFi in the room, or WiFi is there, but it doesn't work. Only the hotel lobby has WiFi. Usually, drinking water is not provided in the room, and guests have to buy their own drinking water.

Passport Policies:
