Package Excludes:

·         Before your flight, please ensure that you have undergone a PCR test in either Bangladesh or Jordan. The cost of the test is TK. 2,500 in Bangladesh and USD 40 in Jordan, and is not included in the package.

·         The international air ticket for DAC/AMM/DAC is not included in the package, and is estimated to cost approximately TK. 65,000 per adult.

·         Any personal expenses incurred during the trip, such as souvenirs or extra activities, are not included in the package.

·         Tips for drivers, guides, and hotels are not included in the package and should be prepared separately.

·         Lunch and dinner during the excursion are not included in the package, except for a supplement of USD 17 per meal for lunch at a local restaurant or USD 10 per meal for dinner at the hotel.

·         Drinks with meals, including water, are not included in the package.

·         Air tickets of any kind, including domestic flights or connecting flights, are not included in the package.

·         Horse carriages in Petra are not included in the package.

Optional Tours (Per Person / SIC):

 (1) Explore Jordan's historical sites on our Cave of the Seven Sleepers and Blessed Tree tour from Amman for TK. 9,600 per person. Visit the holy site of Kahif Al Raqim and the Desert Castles, including Qasr Amra, Qasr Al Kharrana, and Qasr Al Azraq, before returning to Amman.

Visit the blessed tree in Jordan, where Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) took shelter over 1400 years ago and made a prayer for its preservation. Despite harsh conditions, the tree remains standing and serves as proof of the Prophet's teachings. It is a miraculous reminder of history and a testament to Allah's power.

(2) Experience Petra's local cuisine with the Petra Kitchen tour for TK. 5,500 per person. Enjoy a night of cooking and dining in a relaxed atmosphere, working alongside local women under the guidance of a chef. The meal includes soup, cold and hot mezza, salads, a main course, and recipes to take home. Don't miss out on this unique culinary experience during your visit to Petra.

(3) Experience Petra's Magic by Night (TK. 4,000/Per Person): Witness the enchanting beauty of Petra at night with a candle-lit visit to the rose-red city. As you stroll through the mysterious Siq, the special aura of the ancient Nabataean trading empire will come to life. You'll be transported back in time with music and stories at the Treasury, just as the travel-weary traders of old would have experienced. This excursion is available every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening, departing from Petra Visitors Center at 20:30 and returning around 22:30.

Payment Policy:

Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount is due at the time of booking.

Phase 2: The remaining 30% of the total package amount is due seven days prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation charges for air tickets will be subject to the airline's policy, while the cancellation policy for the land package is as follows:
Cancellation between 23-30 days prior to arrival will result in a 25% deduction from the total package amount.

Cancellation between 15-23 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% deduction from the total package amount.

Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in the full package amount being deducted.

Amendments Policy:

Air ticket re-issue or date change charges are dependent on the airline's policy and the land package change policy will be as below –

Any decrease in the number of rooms 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur no cancellation fees. If there is a decrease of up to 25% of the rooms at 25/30 days or more prior to the arrival date, 25% of the reduced rooms cost will be charged. If there is a decrease of up to 25% of the rooms at 10/24 days or more prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reduced rooms cost will be charged. If there is a decrease of up to 25% of the rooms at 0/9 days or more prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reduced rooms cost will be charged.
