To reach Nagarkot by road, the cheapest option is to take a public bus from Ratna Bus Stand in Kathmandu to Kamalbinayak Bus Park in Bhaktapur, which takes approximately one hour. From Kamalbinayak, you can continue your journey to Nagarkot by following the Araniko Highway, which will take around 90 minutes.

The distance between Kathmandu and Nagarkot is approximately 20 kilometers. The road distance, on the other hand, is approximately 28.8 kilometers.

There are several enjoyable activities and attractions for visitors to explore in Pokhara, which can be conveniently divided into easy day tours. Depending on your schedule, it is recommended that visitors spend a minimum of two or three days in Pokhara to fully experience its offerings.

Pokhara, Nepal's most popular tourist destination, is renowned for its stunning Himalayan mountain range and picturesque lakes. The city is famous for offering a wide range of adventure activities, including boating, trekking, rafting, canoeing, and bungee jumping, attracting adventure enthusiasts from around the world.

The recommended time to visit Nagarkot for the best views of the Himalayan Peaks is from October to April. During this period, you can experience clear mornings and witness the breathtaking views of the Himalayas during sunrise. It is important to note that from June to September, which is the monsoon season, it is unlikely to have clear visibility of the mountains, making it less favorable for mountain views.

The views of the Annapurna Region and Mt. Everest are indeed distinct and separate. While the Annapurna Region offers stunning views of the Annapurna mountain range, including Annapurna I, Annapurna II, and Machapuchare (Fishtail), Mt. Everest is located in a different part of the country. Therefore, it is correct that from Pokhara or during the Annapurna Region trek, it is not possible to see Mt. Everest.

To travel to Nepal, you cannot use your Aadhaar card or driving license as these documents do not serve as proof of nationality.
