There are various types of visas available for entry into Malaysia, including eVISA categories such as Tourist and Business. If you are seeking assistance with obtaining a Tourist or Business visa for Malaysia, nariatravels.com provides consultancy support. It's important to note that applicants for eVISA must have a previous visit to Malaysia and at least one sticker visa in their passport. All visa applications for Malaysia are processed by the Malaysia High Commission, and applications must be submitted online.
Please note that as of June 25th, 2022, Malaysia Immigration has made a decision allowing first-time and second-time travelers to obtain Malaysia E-VISA. Additionally, sticker visas are currently unavailable for all categories of travelers until further notice.

Malaysia E Visa Checklist
Personal Documents:
• Current passport with a minimum validity of 8 months until the planned date of return and a minimum of 2 blank pages for visa stamps. All old passports should also be submitted.
• Two recent color photographs (size 35 x 50 cm) with a white background on MATTE paper. The applicant should not be wearing a cap or sunglasses, and the photo should be no more than 3 months old and not have been used in any previous visas. The applicant's ears must be visible in the photo.
• Birth certificate copies for children.
• Covid vaccine certificate (minimum of 2 doses).
• Marriage certificate or divorce certificate copy (required for family travelers as per religion). Widows must provide a death certificate copy. If an applicant applies with family but their name is not mentioned in their spouse's passport or vice versa, a marriage certificate copy is mandatory.
• Travel card from the Mysejahtera app (https://mysejahtera.moh.gov.my/ms/)
Professional Documents:
For Business Persons:
· For Proprietorship: Trade license (renewal) and the proprietor's ID proof (e.g., passport, national ID card).
· For Partnership: Trade license (renewal), partnership agreement/deed copy, and partners' ID proof (e.g., passport, national ID card).
· For Limited Company: Trade license (renewal), memorandum and articles of association, certificate of incorporation, and directors' ID proof (e.g., passport, national ID card). Two business cards and the company's letterhead with 2 blank pages are also required.
For Employees:
· NOC from the current employer, stating the reason for the visit and the duration of leave.
· Two visiting cards.
For Students:
· Student ID copy.
· School/college leave letter or academic calendar indicating the period of absence.
Financial Documents:
• Original bank statements and solvency certificates for the last six months are required for both personal and company accounts. The bank statements must bear the bank's seal and signature.
Overseas Documents (for a business visit only):
• If you are visiting Malaysia for a conference, you will need a letter of invitation from the host organization. The letter should include details of the conference registration.
• If you are traveling to Malaysia for business purposes, you will need a letter from your employer explaining the reason for your visit. The letter should also provide the contact information of the business parties involved and details of your employment contract.
Visa Fee & Processing Time:
• Tk. 4,500 for applicants who have visited Malaysia before.
• Tk. 6,000 for new applicants. (Additional charges for notary and translation may apply if required).
• The processing time for the Malaysia e-visa is approximately 7 to 10 working days from the date of submission.
Notes:
• Holders of official and diplomatic passports do not require a visa to enter Malaysia. However, they must obtain clearance from the Malaysian Immigration Department upon arrival.
• All Bangla documents must be translated into English and notarized before submission.
