There are various types of visas available for the UK, including Tourist, Business, Transit, Private Medical Treatment, Student, and Work visas. Naria Travels offers consultancy support for short-term visas, such as Tourist and Business visas.

Visa Procedure (Tourist & Business):

 All visa applications are processed outside Bangladesh and managed by VFS Global Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd. To proceed, you will need to book an appointment at the visa application center in Dhaka or Sylhet. Booking an appointment is mandatory for all UK visa applicants before submitting their applications.

UK Visa Application Centre – Dhaka:

Address: 4th Floor, Delta Life Tower, Plot 37, Road 90, North Avenue, Gulshan 2, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh 

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:30 

Applicants wishing to submit applications should enter the visa application center between 08:30 and 14:00 

Passport delivery: 08:30 - 16:00

UK Visa Application Centre – Sylhet

Address: 7th Floor, Nirvana Inn, Mirza Jungle Road, Ramerdhigir Par, Sylhet-3100, Bangladesh 

Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:30 

Applicants wishing to submit their visa applications should visit the visa application center between 08:30 and 13:00 

Passport delivery: 08:30 - 16:00 (in person) and 14:00 - 16:00 (3rd party collection) 

Appeal passport submission: 09:00 - 14:00

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

 Personal Documents:

• Current passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned return date with a minimum of two blank visa pages) along with all old passports. If the immediate previous passport is lost, a G.D (English) copy is required. 

• Birth certificate or National ID card copy of the applicant. 

• Marriage certificate or divorce certificate copy (as applicable). In case of divorce, a Child Custody Letter from the court is required. For widows, a death certificate copy is required. 

• For non-Bangladeshi applicants: Bangladeshi Residence Permit valid for at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the Member States. 

• For minors (under 16 years of age): 

  • A copy of the child's birth certificate showing both parents' names. 

  • A consent letter addressed to the London or respective consulates, signed by both parents. 

  • Photocopy of the parents' passports

Professional Documents:

For businesspersons:

·         For Employee: Original No objection certificate (NOC) mentioned. (i) Address, telephone, and fax number of the company. (ii) Name and position of the countersigning officer in the company. (iii) Name and position of applicants, number of years of service, pay slip / original salary statement/Government order (GO) & original note verbal (for official passport holders). (iv) Visiting card:  02 pcs.

·         For Student: Student ID copy, original school leave letter/ permission of absence mentioned full address, telephone number, name, and function of the person granting permission. If school trips then the purpose, the duration, and the destination must be mentioned in the school's letter.

For Retired Person: Retirement documents.

Financial Documents

· Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate:

· Original with bank seal and signature, covering the last 6 months for both company and personal accounts.

 Additional Financial Documents:

·   Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR), savings certificates, share statements (if available).

Income Tax Documentation:

· Copies of income tax certificates for the past 3 years.

· E-TIN (Electronic Tax Identification Number) certificate copy.

Asset Valuation:

· Valuation reports for other assets such as land and buildings (if applicable).

Overseas Documents

For Tourist Purposes:

· Personal invitation letter.

· They are supporting documents such as the inviter’s passport and proof of their status in the UK (if available).

For Business Visits:

·  Invitation letter from the host organization in the UK.

·  Conference registration details.

·  Explanation of the purpose of the visit.

·  Detailed itinerary, including contact information for involved business parties.

·  Details of the applicant’s employment contract.

Travel Documents

·  Copy of air booking.

·  Hotel booking confirmation.

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

Processing Time:

· Embassy processing time: Approx: 3 weeks to depend on embassy.

· The finger must be free of MEHEDI or any other color when facing biometrics at the embassy / Application center.
