1. Visa Services

Visa processing fees, embassy charges, and service costs are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted or processing has started.

  • Rejected or delayed visa outcomes do not automatically qualify for refunds
  • Government or embassy fees are non-refundable unless the issuing authority explicitly returns them
  • Documentation or consultation charges may remain payable after review has started

2. Tour and Package Cancellations

Refund eligibility for tours, Umrah, Hajj, and other travel packages depends on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled departure date and on supplier commitments already made.

  • Banking, card, or mobile wallet timelines may extend the final receipt date
  • Incomplete account details may delay disbursement

5. Non-Refundable Items

Some charges cannot be refunded due to third-party obligations or administrative costs already incurred.

  • Government fees, embassy fees, and taxes already paid
  • Processing or convenience fees unless stated otherwise
  • Used services, partially consumed packages, or missed departures
  • Losses caused by inaccurate traveler information or missing documents
