Itinerary
Fly into Paro by DrukAir / Bhutan Airline After completing your immigration formalities, you will be received by our representative who will be your tour guide throughout your tour. Then drive to Thimphu, On arrival at Thimphu check into your hotel and Later visit the following: ✓ Kuensel Phodrang and visit tallest buddha statue and enjoy the full view of Thimphu Valley below. Institute for Zorig Chusum Commonly known as Arts & Crafts School or Painting School, the Institute offers a six-year course on the 13 traditional arts and crafts of Bhutan. On a visit, one can see students learning the various skills taught at the school. BBS Tower. National Sport of Bhutan ( Archery ) One of the best place to witness a game of traditional and modern archery. Which is a national sport of Bhutan? If you want to take some good picture of archery match then this is one of the best places to be. Almost all the time there is a tournament being played. ✓ Craft Bazaar -A one stop place to witness Bhutanese culture and buy Bhutan made art and craft product. Visa Requirements
Bhutan does not issue tourist visas in the traditional sense. Instead, tourists must obtain a visa clearance before arrival, which is arranged by your tour operator as part of the tour package. Naria Holidays will handle all visa clearance formalities on your behalf.

Eligibility
All international tourists (except Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals) require visa clearance prior to arrival in Bhutan.
Required Documents
✓ Valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel
✓ Passport-sized photograph (provided to the tour operator)
✓ Completed travel information form (provided by Naria Holidays)
✓ Copy of confirmed flight itinerary (Dhaka ↔ Paro)
Processing Time Visa clearance takes approximately 7 to 10 working days from the date of document submission. Naria Holidays will handle all formalities on your behalf.
Visa Fee: Visa clearance is included in the tour package. However, the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of INR 1,200 per person per night (or USD 15) is NOT included and must be paid separately.
Important Notes
✓ Visa clearance must be obtained before departure. The visa stamp will be issued upon arrival at Paro Airport.
✓ Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
✓ Provide all required documents to Naria Holidays at least 3 weeks before departure to allow sufficient processing time.

Welcome to Naria Holidays! These payment terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for making payments for our travel services, including tour packages, accommodation, and other related services. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through the following methods:

All transactions must be made in the specified currency as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Booking and Payment Policy
✓ A minimum deposit 30% is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
✓ Full payment must be completed within the specified timeline 10 Days before the travel date.
✓ If full payment is not received by the due date, Naria Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking, and cancellation charges may apply.
Pricing and Additional Charges
✓ All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
✓ Prices do not include additional fees such as taxes, surcharges, visa fees, personal expenses, or travel insurance unless specifically mentioned.
✓ Any changes to travel plans may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer.
Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE: All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / Ground transportation etc. for your tour / travel are blocked after the booking is made. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and cancellation charges payable are provided as below: -
Cancellation charges per person:
✓ 21 days before to the departure of the tour – 25 % of the total tour cost.
✓ 20 – 15 days prior to the departure of the tour – 50 % of the total tour cost.
✓ 14 – 8 days prior to the departure of the tour – 70 % of the total tour cost.
✓ 7 days or less prior to the departure for the tour or a "No Show" – 100 % of the total tour cost.
✓ For Cancellations/Amendments made whilst on tour – 100 % of the total tour cost.
✓ In some cases, the cancellation charges may vary or may change & same would be intimated separately on case to case basis.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
✓ If you have any concerns regarding a transaction, please contact our support team immediately for resolution.
✓ Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in legal action and blacklisting from future bookings.
Amendments and Modifications
✓ Any modification to the booking, including changes in travel dates or services, may incur additional charges.
✓ All modifications are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Liability and Responsibility Naria Holidays is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
