Canton Fair Business Tour — Guangzhou & Shenzhen, China (6 Days)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Naria Holidays! These payment terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for making payments for our travel services, including tour packages, accommodation, and other related services. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:

✓ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
✓ Bank Transfers
✓ Digital Wallets and Payment Gateways (where applicable)
✓ Cash (for select in-person transactions)

All transactions must be made in the specified currency as mentioned in the booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

✓ A minimum deposit 40% is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
✓ Full payment must be completed within the specified timeline 10 Days before the travel date.
✓ If full payment is not received by the due date, Naria Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking, and cancellation charges may apply.

4. Pricing and Additional Charges

✓ All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
✓ Prices do not include additional fees such as taxes, surcharges, visa fees, personal expenses, or travel insurance unless specifically mentioned.
✓ Any changes to travel plans may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer.

5. Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / Ground transportation etc. for your tour / travel are blocked after the booking is made. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors the agreed charges including penalties, if these services are released / cancelled within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and cancellation charges payable are provided as below: -

Cancellation charges per person:

✓ 21 days before to the departure of the tour – 25 % of the total tour cost.
✓ 20 – 15 days prior to the departure of the tour – 50 % of the total tour cost.
✓ 14 – 8 days prior to the departure of the tour – 70 % of the total tour cost.
✓ 7 days or less prior to the departure for the tour or a “No Show” – 100 % of the total tour cost.
✓ For Cancellations/Amendments made whilst on tour – 100 % of the total tour cost.
✓ In some cases, the cancellation charges may vary or may change & same would be intimated separately on case to case basis.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

✓ If you have any concerns regarding a transaction, please contact our support team immediately for resolution.
✓ Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in legal action and blacklisting from future bookings.

7. Amendments and Modifications

✓ Any modification to the booking, including changes in travel dates or services, may incur additional charges.
✓ All modifications are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Liability and Responsibility

✓ Naria Holidays is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
